Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of najwanadileh.com and its pages (the "Website") and your purchase of services from Adileh Consulting LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using the Website or buying a service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
We provide business, brand and marketing consulting, including the AI Personal Brand Accelerator program and consultation sessions. Each service is described on its page, in its invoice, or in a client agreement. If you sign a client agreement with us, that agreement governs the service and prevails over these Terms where they differ.
2. Eligibility
Our services are for adults aged 18 or over who buy them for business or professional purposes.
3. Bookings, prices and payment
- Prices are shown in US dollars on the Website, in the invoice or in the client agreement.
- Payment is made through our payment link (processed by Stripe) or by bank transfer, according to the instructions we send with the invoice.
- A place in a program or a session is confirmed once payment is received.
- You are responsible for any bank or transfer fees and for any taxes that apply to you.
4. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds, cancellations and rescheduling are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, available on the Website.
5. Nature of the service and no guarantee of results
Our services are consulting and implementation support. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical or psychological advice. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort, market conditions and third-party platforms, so we do not guarantee any specific result, income, audience growth or sales.
6. Third-party tools and AI
Some services use third-party platforms and AI tools. These tools are governed by their own terms; you may need your own accounts and subscriptions. AI-generated content can contain errors, and you are responsible for reviewing anything you publish.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Website, and our frameworks, templates, methods and materials, belong to us. Clients receive the license to use delivered materials described in their client agreement. You may not copy, resell, teach or distribute our materials without our written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content you provide or publish, or from your breach of these Terms.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. We will first try to resolve any dispute amicably within 15 business days of written notice. If it is not resolved, it will be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules, before one arbitrator, seated in Wyoming, with hearings held remotely and in English. Either party may instead bring a qualifying claim in a competent small-claims court.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date and applies to purchases made after that date.
13. Language
These Terms are available in English and Arabic. If the two versions differ, the English version prevails.
